So...
It's been a long time since I last updated this blog.
I'm leaving for Manila later. I'm quite excited actually. I haven't seen PJ in more than two months. It feels like an eternity already. For that two months, I only got to hear his voice but never seen his face since we didn't think of skype! (Crazy, I know.) But a few days ago, I got to see his face... thru skype. HAHA! So I've packed my bag and BIG thanks to my mom, I'm leaving later in the afternoon. Although I'll be staying there for a little less than 5 days, the fact that I get to see him even for a few days is enough for me. I can still come back on my birthday week, if I don't have work. ;) and yeah... I now have a job. LOL
That is it, pansit!
xo,

I went out on a "date" with my cousin earlier today (Wednesday). We usually see each other often and we get to talk about a lot of things. However, work has made her busy and usually too tired to go out so we have to really schedule our "dates". It's nice to talk to someone who's my age and actually understands what I'm going through. She has been my friend since forever! We share the same birth month and year- we're only 23 days apart! :) It was a nice break for me. I have been home for the past few weeks/months with nothing to do except maybe manage my online shop but that's about it. I have never gone out to see friends and what's even surprising is that I don't like to spend time on the mall NOW except when we're doing our grocery shopping. I'd rather be at home, in my bed and procrastinate. That's how boring and pathetic my life is right now. I'm going through something right now and my cousin knows all of this. I'm just thankful that I have someone I can really trust, knows all of my issues and is willing to spend her time with me.
It's funny because looking back, our conversation ranges from school matters to our crushes and heartaches. We thought then that we were old or mature enough to handle "heartaches" and other problems/ issues that we were facing and thought of ourselves as real grown-ups. Now though, there's a BIG change in our conversations: career, marriage, kids... We're actually talking about our FUTURE! I guess we've ALL GROWN-UP.

Nowadays, my mom usually is my constant companion. Apart from the fact that I work for her on the weekends, I'm also her 1st helper in anything and her "driver" whenever she goes grocery shopping or just wants to go to the mall to eat or buy her stuff. It's like our bonding session. We get to talk a lot about diverse topics- something we weren't able to do when I was in my "teens". I am happy though that both of us get to have these dates because it's high time that I need her counsel and advice because I'm entering a stage where I am ready to have my own family, work abroad, etc.
How was your day? ;)
