Make-Up Folio

So I mentioned about building my make-up portfolio in this blog entry. I did all the hair and make-up, styling and photography. These are just parts of the 2 photo shoots I did. Tell me what you think. ;)

Lady in Red:
Model: Anne Decipulo

We tried Tyra Bank's Shadow shoot ;)
I had my shoot with Anne just in our house. I made her sit under the sun, inside the car, stand beside the French window, etc. It was a super fun shoot and she was amazing! It felt like she's been modeling for a long time. I was a little surprised because she was really shy. ;)

One With Nature:
Model: Jenny Ledesma

This shoot with Jenny was actually done in a cemetery near our subdivision. It was a little bit windy and sunny at the same time but I enjoyed it. Clearly, she did as well. ;) I especially loved the color palette that I chose for her make up although I wanted her eyes to really sparkle but in the end, it turned out to be good! :)

'Till the next make-up post!

Floral Sunday

Last Sunday was just like any other Sunday for me and my family. We went to church then spent the rest of the afternoon at the mall to eat and hang out. I wore my new skirt  I bought after the "Pizzaro Date" at Blacksheep. I kinda like it because it's trendy but I don't get to compromise it's comfort and fit. It was one of those times I traded my jeans (I'm a jeans girl) for a nice looking skirt. ;-)

Hand me down: my dad gave me his watch ;)

Blacksheep skirt, Girbaud bag, ctwalk studded gladiators

Thanks mom, for taking this! :)
Oh, nothing special really happened on this Sunday but the kids in our Church had a memory test on their Bible Verses. ;) Here's a picture of my sister, Dordz, who is the Sunday School teacher with a student who happens to be our niece! lol

Bonding with my Sis

Last May 8, 2009, my sister and I ate at Sbarro after attending the Sunday service from church. It's probably one of those times when we both did not disagree on anyting! LOL While our parents had coffee, we opted to have our stomachs full. We both ordered pizza and a pasta for sharing. I like eating at Sbarro because you get to see how they make your pizza. My sister shared about how Julia Roberts went to eat and eat and eat her heart out in EAT PRAY LOVE, and wishing we could try authentic Italian cuisine in ITALY mismo! :) For now, I think we're just too happy to feast on these:

My sister's pizza.. forgot the name though. lol

Chigaco White Pizza! My fave

baked ziti for us both

Our table was outside the restaurant (though inside the mall) so we're both able to see how the pizzas were being prepared...
